The Immigrant Trust Act (S3672/A4987) provides critical protections that ensure:

• Our state resources are designated for us, not a harmful federal agenda;
• New Jerseyans are empowered to access crucial public services that they need and are eligible for;
• New Jersey communities are protected from the devastating consequences of family separation as a result of voluntary collaboration between state officials and ICE.

With the Immigrant Trust Act, all immigrant New Jerseyans who need support can access it with confidence that they belong and are protected. Current privacy protections aren't sufficient, leaving the door open for State-funded services, including schools, shelters, health clinics, and local law enforcement to fuel President Trump's detention and deportation machine.

We need a New Jersey for all of us. And we need to act NOW.
