Empowerment Trainings are workshops and presentations for NJAIJ members to enhance their skills and knowledge as they build a powerful immigrant rights movement in New Jersey. NJAIJ uses popular education, participatory facilitation, and train-the-trainer models to ensure our members can use this knowledge to build sustainable community power. Training topics are developed with NJAIJ member input, and supports the leadership development of our coalition.
